Ingredients
2 (4oz) Cans of Tuna (drained)
4 Tbsp Sriracha Bitchin' Sauce
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 cup White Rice (cooked)
1/2 Avocado (diced)
1/4 cup Cucumber (diced)
1/8 cup Scallions (diced)
1 pack Seaweed Snacks
To Taste Furikake
Method
  1.  In a bowl, mix together the tuna, Sriracha Bitchin’ Sauce, and cream cheese.
  2.  In a small baking dish, layer rice, furikake, and the tuna mixture
  3. Bake or air fry at 400°F for 5 minutes until toasty.
  4. Top with scallions and a Sriracha Bitchin’ Sauce drizzle
  5. Serve with seaweed, avocado, and cucumbers
