Ingredients
1 large Sweet Potato (cubed)
1 tbs Coconut Oil
1 Avocado
1/2 cup Cottage Cheese
1 lb Ground Beef
To taste Hot paprika
To taste Cayenne
To taste Salt
To taste Garlic Powder
To taste Onion powder
To taste Cumin
To taste Sriracha Bitchin' Sauce
Method
  1. Sauté sweet potatoes in coconut oil over medium heat for about 15 minutes or until golden & tender. Season with paprika, cayenne, and salt.
  2. Brown ground beef with cumin, garlic and onion powder.
  3. Build your bowl: sweet potatoes, beef, a scoop of cottage cheese, sliced avocado.
